1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business operator is a natural person, a legal entity, or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of the Contract

The purchase agreement is entered into with Simon Messinger of Dörte Tools.

By listing products in the online store, we are making a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the “Buy Now” button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
The language available for entering into the contract is German.

We will save the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions via email. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.

4. Terms of Delivery

Shipping costs are added to the listed product prices. You can find more details about the shipping costs in the product listings.

You generally have the option to pick up your order from Simon Messinger, Kornbergstraße 7, 73107 Eschenbach, Germany, during the business hours listed below: Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., except on holidays, or by appointment. Please let us know at least two business days before your pickup so that we can have the items ready in our warehouse.

We do not deliver to package stations.

5. Payment

In our store, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

Prepayment
If you select “Prepayment” as your payment method, we will provide you with our bank account information in a separate email and ship the merchandise after we receive payment.

PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal or register first, authenticate yourself using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After you submit your order in the store, we will instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be processed automatically by PayPal immediately afterward. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Cash payment upon pickup
You will pay the invoice amount in cash when you pick up the item.

6. Warranties and Guarantees
